Can I book my massage therapy appointment online?

All massage therapy sessions are booked directly through me via email or phone. Please feel free to fill out my inquiry form here and I’ll be happy to discuss how I can be of support to you. I am booking at least one month in advance for all massage therapy sessions.

Can I book my Pilates/Movement appointment online?

I teach in person Pilates at various Pilates studios in the Richmond area; Pilates Plus and Exquisite House Pilates. I offer virtual movement privates as well. I’d be happy to discuss how my offerings can be of benefit to you, please reach out HERE. I do my best to respond within 24-48 hours.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Yes. While I understand and empathize with the fact that sometimes cancellations are necessary when situations come up, I ask for your understanding that this is a small business and it isn't always easy filling last-minute openings in my schedule. 
Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged 50% of the service fee. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.

I’ll be happy to discuss any questions, curiosities or concerns you may have prior to your appointment. Please feel free to email me or call me. I do my best to respond within 24-48 business hours.
